VALIDITY OF THE QUOTATION:
XX weeks from the date of this offer.
Quotations are firm and are not subject to revision throughout that period. When the deadlines expire, they will be subject to review, and may be revised in accordance with economic fluctuations.

GOODS LEGAL OWNERSHIP RIGHT:
The delivered goods remain our property until payment in full is received from the customer.

DATE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS:
ExWorks (1).
XX months from the receipt of order and down payment.
The order form should mention all the necessary technical information in order to carry out the design and the manufacturing process i.e. direction of fan, drive arrangements, type and drawing of motor, motor power and series type, electric current nature and rating etc…
VENTMECA Company will be automatically released from all commitments concerning delivery dates if these conditions are not observed and are the cause of modification, suspension of the design and engineering work or stoppage of the manufacturing stage.
Supplies and industrial goods at the charge of the buyer must be delivered to our plant (1), carriage paid, at least three weeks before the contractual date of availability.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
XX% with the order. The payment will be made by bank transfer or by cheque.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before goods collection by bank transfer, cheque or bill of exchange.

GUARANTEE:
During the goods unloading, please check the state of the delivery equipments. If there are some damages, please inform the carrier and point your reserves out to him.
The guarantee takes effect from the day the equipment is delivered, and covers a period of 12 months or 1000 hours of fan operating time, the first conditions, when it is reached, will cancel the other.
The guarantee does not cover motors, servomotors, bearings and transmissions provided by the manufacturers of this kind of equipments, which have their own guarantee conditions.
The guarantee does not cover the damages due to fair wear and tear, corrosion, abrasion, chemical or electrolytic effect and non-observance of our technical manual instructions.

MOTOR:
Motor running: According to motor functioning instructions provided by the motor’s manufacturer.
